Claude Monet

Hi again :)
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/a4/Claude_Monet_1899_Nadar_crop.jpgToday I want to talk about an artist that I admire, that is Claude Monet.
He was born in Paris in 1840, he is consider the most important representative of Impressionism, during his career he made about 3000 paintings. His main interest was to translate the chromatic-light vibration in the paintings, his favorites themes was the marine, river scenes and landscapes. He wanted to show the passage of time, so he made very fast strokes to capture the moment. The painting “Impression, rising sun” was wich gave the name to the movement.
In his famous series of nenuphars, Monet showed the 4 seasons of the year. In these paintings we can see how he painted, fast and accurate strokes and with a lot of paste. As he wanted to capture the precise moment, used much synthesis. I like him for his ability to build the elements only by spots and the use of color, looking closely we can see his technique and from afar in fact we see the nature scene like really is.

Cooking time!

Hi everyone, I looooove to cook and try new things so today and want to share a recipe that I made when celebrate 6-months relationship with my boyfriend. He love spaghetti with tomato sauce and soy meat (bot are ovo-lacto vegetarians), so in that occasion I wanted to make spaghetti in a different way and I cook with a soft green cream that I found in Pinterest… here is the recipe!

Ingredients:
- Fresh spinach (1 cup)
- Fresh basil (½ cup)
- Nuts (½ cup)
- Avocado (1)
- Olive oil
- Salt

Firt I put to cook the spaghetti, while I put the spinach, basil and the avocado in the blender with a little of olive oil. When the spaghetti this cooked I keep a little of the water. I add butter and salt to spaghetti and I keep it covered. To the mix with spinach, basil and avocado I add slowly the nuts and for a smooth cream also add the cooking water of spaghetti, finally add salt at ease and ready!  I served with tomato and grated cheese.
Is very fast, very easy and very tasty ;)

Te pito te henua ♥

Iorana korua! :)
Today I want to share a photo of Ahu Nau Nau in Anakena beach of Easter Island.
This photo was taken for me in my visit to the island in February this year.

The "ahu" is a ceremonial platform where it was worshiped ancestors. The Ahu Nau Nau is one of the most important, Anakena was the place where the King Hotu Matu'a first landed with his entourage to populate the island. The ahu was restored in 1978 by Sergio Rapu and his team, he's the island’s first professional archaeologist.
I like this photo because this was the first time that I saw the moais... it's a little difficult put into words everything that I felt, but there was some much energy in that place, I felt life, like really was someone there. Stand in front of them make me felt also very small and insignificant, really is amazing to think how can built and transported them.
Look the moais and have the beach with warm turquoise waters and white sand behind them, was a wonderful postcard.

Music's life

When I think in the music that I heard in the different stages many songs come to my head. Every age has been marked by a musical style and there are several songs that I remember with joy.
Today I want to share a little of this music, so lets start!

My first memories about the music in my childhood are definitely A Teens, I listened when I was 5 years and remember sing and dance their songs.

In the school the music was related to TV programs like Mecano, Rojo fama contra fama and also, those years was the boom of Axe, so I listened Axe Bahia, Porto Seguro and their similar.

During the adolescence I was finding my own style. That was a difficult age to me, well I think for most of us. Was a dark time haha so my music change totally, I started to listen metal, hard rock, rock I looooove noise and this music make feel like I could express all my angry and insecurity. And in relation of party time, I listen reggaeton and pop and dancing all night long, yeah!

Now that I grow up, I keep hearing rock, thats the music style that I enjoy most, but in difference to adolescence I also listen more styles, I like reggae a lot, metal still been part o my playlists and recently I listen a lot of pop, specially chilean pop I looooove it! there are many new bands in Chile that are so cool to listen and have a good time.

This are some of the songs that mark my life, enjoy :)
